Masis Aram Gözbek

Born in 1987, Istanbul. He won several international awards with Boğaziçi Jazz Choir including two World Championships since 2011. He attended countless competitions, festivals and master classes in USA, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, France, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland, Latvia and Hungary. He led some workshops and performances with choirs abroad like the worldwide known ‘Dekoor Close Harmony’ and the Swiss Youth Choir who are the owners of several prestigious awards in the international choral scene. He won YTU 'Rectorship Award' and 'The Most Successful Young Person' award at the Turkey finals of the 19th TOYP (Ten Outstanding Young Persons), the 'Young Conductor Special Award' in the 35th International May Choir Competition 'Prof. Georgi Dimitrov' and also 'The Music Entrepreneur of the Year' by the METU Young Entrepreneurs Society. Most recently, he was invited to the 66th European Music Festival for Young People Neerpelt, Belgium as a jury member. He is the founder and artistic director of Boğaziçi Jazz Choir, Boğaziçi Youth Choir and MAGMA Choirs and also the musical director in the Turkish production of ‘The Suppliant Women’ by Aescylus with Mert Fırat. Besides, he is leading workshops, seminars about choral music both in different cities of Turkey and abroad.

Bora Özkent

2003 yılından bu yana Arçelik, Bayer, Koç Holding, Sabancı Holding, TEB, Turkcell ve Yapı Kredi Bankası’nın da aralarında bulunduğu 100’ün üzerindeki seçkin kuruma inovasyon, yaratıcılık, müşteri deneyimi yönetimi ve girişimcilik alanlarında eğitim ve danışmanlık hizmetleri sunan Bora Özkent, 1968 yılında Ankara’da doğmuştur.

1991 yılında ODTÜ İşletme bölümünden mezun olan Özkent, profesyonel hayatına Arthur Andersen’da başlamış ve şirketin kendisine sağladığı burs sayesinde 1996 yılında Koç Üniversitesi Executive MBA programını başarı ile tamamlamıştır. Bora Özkent, eğitim hayatını 1998 yılında Harvard Business School’da katıldığı Strategic Retail Management (Stratejik Perakende Yönetimi) Sertifika Programı ile noktalamıştır.

Arthur Andersen Business Consulting’in İstanbul ve Chicago ofisleri ile Fed Training şirketlerinde üst düzey yönetici olarak görev alan Bora Özkent, çeşitlilik arz eden kariyeri sayesinde eğitimci, danışman ve iş adamı bakış açılarını geliştirmiş, olaylara çok yönlü bakabilme becerisini kazanmıştır.

Kurumsal hayatını 2004-2008 yılları arasında eğitimci ve danışman olarak görev yaparak yöneticiliğini de üstlendiği Fed Training’de noktalayan Bora Özkent, 2008 yılının mayıs ayında ise girişimciliğe karar vererek Özkent A.Ş. şirketinin kurucu ortağı olmuştur.

2011 yılında Koç Üniversitesi’nin kadrosuna yarı zamanlı öğretim görevlisi olarak dahil olan Özkent, 2016 yılına kadar MBA ile Master of International Management yüksek lisans programlarında girişimcilik dersleri vermiştir.

Elma Yayınları tarafından yayınlanmış “Emsalsiz” ve “Adım Adım İnovasyon” isimli iki kitabı ile “Müşteri Deneyimi Yönetimi 2.0” adlı bir de e-kitabı bulunan Bora Özkent, 2012 yılında ayrıca girişimcilere yol göstermek amacıyla Girisimcilerokulu.com web sitesini kurmuştur.

Çok iyi derecede İngilizce bilen ve harika bir kız çocuğunun babası olan Bora Özkent’in en büyük tutkuları araştırmak, yazmak ve bir de dünyayı gezmektir.

Burak Tatlıcı

Burak Tatlıcı is the founder of a YouTube channel, Tepkikolik, that stands out with a unique concept.

Tatlıcı was born in 1991 and graduated from Koç University Business Administration Program with a Bachelors Degree in 2014. After his graduation, he started working in an independent consultancy agency as Financal Auditor. Throughout his financial career the rise of YouTube attracted his attention and he created his first YouTube channel with a comedy concept. After his first interaction with creating and editing videos, he decided to start a channel that would change his career entirely. He then quit his day job and started creating reaction videos.

He is now uploading videos regularly to YouTube with the concept of children, teens and Youtubers reacting to videos, foods and games.

Eda Saraç

Eda Sarac was born on 4th of September, in Kecioren/ Ankara, Turkey. Her educational life has consisted of so many struggles. She wasn’t the first one in the class to figure out how to read and write, however now she is an avid book- worm!

  She  had graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Letters with a degree in Translation and Interpreting Studies in English. Following her undergraduate degree, she went to the USA to pursue a master’s degree in Literary Studies& Education and Humanities. While she was working on her master’s degree at the University of Texas at Dallas, she volunteered for the Turkish society of Dallas and TURANT. ( Turkish Association of Northern Texas.)

  When she returned to Turkey from Dallas in 2014, she started teaching at Kadir Has University’s English Preparatory School. Since September 2017, she has been a member of Sabanci University’s School of Languages.  She perceives struggle and failure as the resting stops on the pathway to eventual accomplishment. She hopes to pursue a Phd in Gender Studies in the future and organize prospects for equal opportunity in education for the underprivileged children.

Husain Anas

The pursuit of happiness has always been something I looked forward to with great vigor. Living spontaneously is what defines me as a person. During my undergrad years at Sabanci University, I was able to collect a lot of experiences by spending time doing two summer schools in Europe and Exchange Semester in the UK, above all, it was more about how I saw things and opportunities and the way things happened to me and the way I processed them. I am a dedicated soul living one day at a time. I forgive daily, I love daily, I love my morning coffee, I love helping fellow humans, I believe in climbing mountains, I believe in humanity, and I believe in myself. I would want to share with the world that how beautiful life can be if one understands vulnerability and the dichotomy of how it helps to be humble and beautiful with the way you treat yourself.

Özlem Çarıkcıoğlu

My name is Özlem Çarıkcıoğlu. I was born in İstanbul in 1994. Currently I am studying Industrial Engineering in Koç University. My skiing career started when I was 8 years old in a school camp. I started racing at the age of 10 and 3 years later I was selected to the national team. After graduating from elementary school, I continued racing professionally with national team until the last year of high school. Then I choose to quit for a year in order to study for the university exam. After my comeback, I studied and skied professionally at the same time to be able to qualify for the Winter Olympics in PyeongChang 2018, South Korea. Last February I had the chance to represent my county in the Olympics, which was the greatest achievement of my life. My next goal is to take part in 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and have an improved performance.

Pınar Özkent

After 15 years of experience in corporate life, Pınar Özkent decided to drive her career into a new direction, in order to live her dreams and passion.

She is in love with motivating and helping people to live a better life. 

She is a motivational speaker, who enables people to trust in themselves, work harder and achieve their goals. She believes everyone is unique with their own strengths and potential and if people focus on their strengths everyone could achieve higher. She is also mentoring the corporates who wants a better career life for themselves.

Pınar Özkent is also an accredited certified coach by International Coaching Federation since 2010. She has two master’s degrees, one is from Galatasaray University and the other is from London School of Business. 

Before she quits the corporate life, she was working at Turkcell 9 years long as award winning learning and development program manager.
