CerModern’deki etkinliğin ardından gece Holly Stone Tunalı - Backyard Secrets’ta devam ediyor.

Etkinlik sonrası 00:00 – 05:00 arasında gerçekleşecek Official After Party’de Ege Sağlam & Galal ve Orchy setleriyle gecenin enerjisini sabahın ilk saatlerine taşıyor.

After Party, ana etkinlikten farklı bir lokasyonda gerçekleştirilecektir ve giriş için After Party bileti gerekmektedir.

CerModern’de gerçekleşen ana etkinlikten VIP Circle veya Backstage bileti satın alan misafirler ise After Party bileti satın almadan, mevcut ana etkinlik biletleriyle After Party’ye ücretsiz giriş yapabilir.

ETKİNLİK KURALLARI

• After Party, ana etkinlikten ayrı bir etkinlik olarak değerlendirilir ve Backyard Secrets'ta gerçekleştirilecektir.

• Ana etkinlik bileti, VIP Circle ve Backstage bilet sahipleri hariç, After Party girişini kapsamaz. After Party için ayrıca After Party bileti satın alınması gerekmektedir.

• VIP Circle ve Backstage bilet sahipleri, ayrıca After Party bileti satın almaksızın etkinliğe ücretsiz giriş yapabilir.

• After Party 00:00'da başlayacak ve 05:00'da sona erecektir.

• Etkinlik alanına giriş, Backyard Secrets'ın güvenlik, kapasite, yaş sınırı ve işletme kurallarına tabidir.

• Güvenlik kontrolü sırasında güvenlik personelinin talimatlarına uyulması zorunludur. Güvenlik gerekçesiyle etkinlik alanına alınmama durumunda nihai karar mekanın güvenlik/işletme ekibine aittir.

• Etkinlik alanına girişte geçerli kimlik belgesi ibraz edilmesi zorunludur. Kimlik ibraz edemeyen kişiler etkinlik alanına alınmayabilir.

• Aşırı alkollü, saldırgan veya etkinlik düzenini/güvenliğini tehlikeye sokabilecek durumda olan kişiler güvenlik tarafından etkinlik alanına alınmayabilir veya alandan çıkarılabilir.

• Etkinlik alanına silah, kesici/delici alet, yanıcı/patlayıcı madde ve güvenlik açısından tehlike oluşturabilecek herhangi bir materyal ile giriş yapılamaz.

• Etkinlik alanında güvenlik ve işletme ekibinin yönlendirmelerine uyulması zorunludur.

• Mekân içerisinde gerçekleştirilecek giriş, güvenlik, kapasite, masa/alan kullanımı ve işletme uygulamalarına ilişkin kararlar Backyard Secrets'ın ilgili ekipleri tarafından uygulanır.

• Organizasyon, etkinlik alanındaki kişilerin mekân kurallarına ve güvenlik görevlilerinin talimatlarına uymamasından kaynaklanan sonuçlardan sorumlu değildir.

• After Party bileti yalnızca After Party etkinliğine giriş hakkı sağlar; ana etkinlik için giriş hakkı sağlamaz.

• Ana etkinlik ve After Party farklı lokasyonlarda gerçekleştirilmektedir. Katılımcıların lokasyon bilgisini kontrol ederek etkinlik alanına ulaşması kendi sorumluluğundadır.

• Organizasyonun güvenlik, işletme, kapasite veya yasal zorunluluklar nedeniyle etkinlik akışında, giriş koşullarında veya programda değişiklik yapma hakkı saklıdır.

Following the event at CerModern, the night continues at Holly Stone Tunalı – Backyard Secrets.

The Official After Party will take place from 00:00 to 05:00, with Ege Sağlam & Galal and Orchy taking over the decks and carrying the energy into the early hours.

The After Party will take place at a different location from the main event, and a separate After Party ticket is required for entry.

Guests who have purchased VIP Circle or Backstage tickets for the main event at CerModern can enter the After Party free of charge without purchasing a separate After Party ticket, upon presenting their valid main event ticket.

EVENT RULES

• The After Party is a separate event from the main event and will take place at Backyard Secrets.

• The main event ticket does not include access to the After Party, except for VIP Circle and Backstage ticket holders. A separate After Party ticket is required for entry.

• VIP Circle and Backstage ticket holders can enter the After Party free of charge without purchasing a separate After Party ticket.

• The After Party will start at 00:00 and end at 05:00.

• Entry to the venue is subject to Backyard Secrets’ security, capacity, age and venue policies.

• Guests are required to comply with all instructions given by the security personnel. In cases where entry is denied for security reasons, the final decision rests with the venue’s security/management team.

• A valid ID must be presented upon entry. Guests who are unable to provide valid identification may be denied entry.

• Guests who are excessively intoxicated, aggressive, or deemed to pose a risk to the safety or order of the event may be denied entry or removed from the venue by security personnel.

• Weapons, sharp or pointed objects, flammable or explosive materials, and any other items deemed potentially hazardous are strictly prohibited inside the venue.

• Guests must comply with all instructions given by the venue’s security and management teams.

• Decisions regarding entry procedures, security, venue capacity, table/area usage and other operational matters within the venue are handled by the relevant teams at Backyard Secrets.

• The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from guests’ failure to comply with venue rules or security personnel instructions.

• The After Party ticket provides entry to the After Party only and does not grant access to the main event.

• The main event and the After Party will take place at different locations. Guests are responsible for checking the venue information and making their own arrangements to reach the relevant event location.

• The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event flow, entry conditions or program due to security, venue operations, capacity limitations or legal requirements.
