Space On Stage, Kapadokya’nın eşsiz atmosferini müzik, teknoloji, havacılık ve görsel sanatlarla buluşturan uluslararası bir deneyim serisidir. Gün batımından gün doğumuna uzanan serinin ikinci etkinliğinde dünyaca ünlü ARTBAT sahne alıyor. Projeye özel olarak tasarlanan roket biçimindeki sıcak hava balonu “Space Rocket”, 400 drone ile gerçekleştirilen senkronize hava koreografileri, mapping gösterileri ve ışık prodüksiyonlarıyla bu deneyimin merkezinde yer alıyor.
“Space On Stage”de bizleri neler bekliyor?
20:00: Space Rocket, etkinlik alanı üzerinde 50–100 feet yüksekliğe yükselerek gecenin resmî açılışını gerçekleştirir. Bu an, deneyimin merkezinde yer alan Space Rocket ile katılımcıları ilk kez buluşturur.
21:00: Gece, warm-up DJ performansıyla başlar. Yıldızlar, galaksiler ve uzay temalı görsellerden oluşan mapping gösterileri, Perili Ozanlar Vadisi’nin doğal kaya oluşumları ve peri bacaları üzerine yansıtılarak gecenin ilk görsel yolculuğunu başlatır.
22:00: Etkinlik alanı karanlığa bürünürken 400 drone ile gerçekleştirilen özel hava gösterisi başlar. Drone koreografileri, lazerler, ışık efektleri ve senkronize görsel prodüksiyonlar eşliğinde ARTBAT sahneye çıkarak gecenin ana performansını başlatır.
00:00: ARTBAT’ın ana performansı; mapping uygulamaları, ışık efektleri, lazerler ve drone koreografileri eşliğinde devam eder. Space On Stage’in gece bölümü saat 01:00’da sona erer.
Deneyimin en heyecan verici bölümü ise gün doğumunda gerçekleştirilen Global Sunrise Show at Balloon Party’dir.
• Gün Doğumu – Katılımcılar, servislerle Global Sunrise Show at Balloon Party’nin gerçekleştirileceği balon kalkış alanına ulaştırılır.
06:00: ARTBAT, Space Rocket’ın önünde özel olarak hazırlanan 30 dakikalık Global Sunrise Live Set performansına başlar. Performans eş zamanlı olarak global canlı yayına aktarılırken yaklaşık 30 sıcak hava balonu, gün doğumundaki senkronize kalkış için son hazırlıklarını tamamlar.
06:30: Global Sunrise Show at Balloon Party’nin ikinci bölümü başlar. Space Rocket yükselişe geçerken yaklaşık 30 sıcak hava balonu eş zamanlı olarak havalanır ve deneyim Kapadokya semalarına taşınır.
06:30 – 07:30: Balonların Space Rocket ile senkronize şekilde gökyüzüne yükselmesiyle birlikte deneyim havada devam eder ve canlı performans uçuş boyunca kesintisiz şekilde sürer. Yaklaşık 600 katılımcı; balonların hazırlanmasından kalkış anına, Space Rocket ile birlikte yükselişlerinden havadaki canlı performansa kadar bütün sürece tanıklık ederken uçuşta 3.500 feet yüksekliğe ulaşır.
Küresel Canlı Yayın Deneyimi: Gün doğumu performansının tamamı sosyal medya hesapları ve dijital yayın kanalları üzerinden eş zamanlı olarak canlı yayınlanır. Böylece Kapadokya semalarında gerçekleşen bu deneyim, yalnızca etkinlik alanındaki katılımcılar tarafından değil, dünyanın farklı ülkelerindeki milyonlarca kişi tarafından da gerçek zamanlı olarak takip edilebilir.

ETKİNLİK KURALLARI
1. Katılımcılarımıza güvenli ve keyifli bir etkinlik deneyimi sunmak adına tüm kurallar ve şartlara uyulması zorunludur. Katılımcılar bilet alırken tüm kuralları ve şartları kabul etmiş sayılır.
2. Etkinliğe damsız giriş kabul edilmemektedir.
3. 22 Ağustos 2026 akşamında gerçekleşecek etkinlik için kıyafet zorunluluğu bulunmaktadır.
o Erkek katılımcılar için Elegant-Casual giyim zorunludur.
o Kadın katılımcılar için siyah veya beyaz elbise zorunludur.
4. Global Sunrise Show kapsamındaki balon uçuşuna Sivil Havacılık Genel Müdürlüğü (SHGM) kuralları gereği alkollü veya alkol etkisi altında olduğu değerlendirilen katılımcılar kabul edilmeyecektir. Uçuş öncesinde alkolmetre ölçümü yapılabilir. Alkol tespit edilmesi, güvenlik talimatlarına uyulmaması veya sorumlu pilot/operasyon ekibi tarafından uçuş güvenliğini riske atacak bir durum değerlendirilmesi halinde katılımcı balona alınmaz; bu durumda ücret iadesi yapılmaz. Balon uçuşlarında alkollü olarak uçuşa katılım yasak olduğundan, katılımcılarımızın etkinlikten bir gün önce alkol tüketmemeleri tavsiye edilmektedir.
5. Etkinlik biletleri sınırlı kapasitede olup dönemsel fiyatlandırma modeli doğrultusunda satışa sunulmaktadır. Bilet fiyatları kapasiteye bağlı olarak değişiklik gösterebilir.
6. Etkinlik süresince biletinizi ve giriş sırasında tarafınıza teslim edilen bilekliği saklayınız.
7. Etkinlik biletleri sadece organizasyon sahibi tarafından belirlenen resmi satış noktalarından alınmalıdır. Organizasyon sahibi resmi satış noktalarından alınmayan biletlerin sahiplerini etkinlik alanından çıkarma hakkına sahiptir.
8. Etkinlik alanına giriş yapan katılımcılar, giriş sırasında teslim edilen bileklik ile etkinlik alanına tekrar giriş yapabilirler. Bilekliğin kaybolması, çıkarılması veya zarar görmesi durumunda organizasyon tekrar giriş hakkını reddetme hakkını saklı tutar.
9. Etkinliğimizde 18 yaş sınırı bulunmaktadır. Etkinlik süresince katılımcıların resmi makamlarca verilmiş kimliklerini fiziki olarak yanlarında bulundurması zorunludur.
10. Etkinlik biletleri devredilemez ve iade edilemez. Kayıp biletler için yenisi basılmayacaktır.
11. Satın alınan bilet yazılı izin alınmadığı takdirde; reklam, yarışma, çekiliş, promosyon vb. ticari ya da ticari olmayan amaçlarda kullanılamaz. Bu amaçla kullanılan biletler iptal edilecektir ve yasal işlem başlatılacaktır.
12. Organizasyon şirketi, etkinlik için uygun görmediği kişileri, bilet ücretini iade etmek kaydı ile içeri almama hakkına sahiptir.
13. Organizasyon şirketi, öngörülmeyen ve kaçınılmaz nedenlerden ötürü programda her türlü değişiklik yapma hakkını saklı tutar.
14. Organizasyon şirketi, bilet fiyatlarında değişiklik yapma hakkına sahiptir.
15. Etkinlik alanına dışarıdan yiyecek ve içecek alınmamaktadır.
16. Etkinlik alanına paketi açılmış tütün ve tütün ürünleri kabul edilmemektedir.
17. Etkinlik alanına reçetesiz ilaçlar kabul edilmemektedir. Zorunlu olarak ilaç kullanan katılımcılarımız girişte güvenliğe reçetelerini ibraz etmek zorundadırlar.
18. Etkinlik alanına Selfie Stick ve GoPro çubukları ile girilmemektedir.
19. Etkinlik alanına profesyonel ses ve görüntü araçları (video kamera ve fotoğraf makinesi) ile girilmemektedir.
20. Etkinlik süresince kayıt yapmak kesinlikle yasaktır.
21. Organizasyon alanında organizatör tarafından profesyonel fotoğraf ve video çekimleri yapılacaktır. Katılımcılar, etkinlik alanına girerek bu çekimlerin tanıtımlarda kullanılmasını ve organizatörün belirlediği tüm mecralarda paylaşım yapılarak kullanılmasını kabul etmiş sayılır.
22. Seyirci, sanatçı yönetimi uygun gördüğü takdirde, etkinlik sonrasında iade edilmek üzere görsel-işitsel kayıt cihazlarına el konabileceğini kabul eder.
23. Etkinlik alanına girişte çanta ve üst araması güvenlik görevlileri tarafından yapılacaktır. Güvenli ve keyifli bir gece için güvenlik görevlilerinin talimatlarına uyulması zorunludur.
24. Etkinlik alanına yanıcı, patlayıcı (deodorant, sprey, parfüm, kolonya vb. gibi), parlayıcı, kesici ve delici olarak kullanılabilecek her türlü alet, termos, motor kaskı ve lazer imleci ile girilmemektedir.
25. Organizasyon, katılımcıların kayıp, çalıntı veya kişisel eşyalarından sorumlu değildir.
26. Etkinlik alanına evcil hayvan ile girilmesine izin verilmeyecektir.
27. Etkinlik alanındaki ses ve ışık düzeni geçici duyma ve görme problemlerine yol açabilir.
28. Organizasyonun teknik yapısında kullanılan, sis aleti, alev, ateş, CO2, lazer ışığı vb. efekt cihazlarına katılımcılar dikkat etmelidirler.

GLOBAL SUNRISE SHOW AT BALLOON PARTY:
• Global Sunrise Show iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde, ARTBAT balonların kalkış alanında yaklaşık 30 dakikalık özel bir Global Sunrise Live Set gerçekleştirir. İkinci bölüm ise Space Rocket ve parti balonlarının eş zamanlı kalkışıyla başlayan uçuş deneyimidir.
• Hava koşulları nedeniyle balon uçuşunun gerçekleştirilememesi durumunda, Global Sunrise Live Set planlandığı şekilde gerçekleştirilmeye devam eder. Ancak uçuş organizasyonu bir sonraki güne ertelenir. Ertesi gün düzenlenecek uçuş organizasyonuna katılamayacak misafirler için, Global Sunrise Show at Balloon Party bileti kapsamında ödenen tutarın 15.000 TL’lik kısmı iade edilir. Aynı şekilde, ertesi gün planlanan uçuşun da hava koşulları nedeniyle iptal edilmesi durumunda katılımcılara yine 15.000 TL iade yapılacaktır.

ABOUT THE EVENT:
Experience ARTBAT's Global Sunrise Live Set as it is broadcast worldwide in real time from the skies of Cappadocia. As approximately 30 hot air balloons risetogether above the region with “Space Rocket” at the center, the entire experience unfolds live across social media and digital broadcasting platforms for audiences around the world.
Space On Stage is an international experience series that brings together music, technology, aviation, and visual arts within the unique atmosphere of Cappadocia. The second event of the series features the world-renowned ARTBAT.
So, what awaits you at Space On Stage?
Space On Stage is designed as a two-stage experience extending from sunset to sunrise. At the heart of this experience are Space Rocket—a specially designed, rocket-shaped hot air balloon—synchronized aerial choreography performed by 400 drones, mapping shows and lighting productions.
• 20:00 – Space Rocket ascends approximately 50–100 feet above the venue, officially opening the night. This moment introduces participants to Space Rocket, the central element of the experience.
• 21:00 – The evening begins with a warm-up DJperformance. The first chapter of the night's space-themed visual journey comes to life through mapping projections featuring stars, galaxies, and cosmic imagery, displayed across the natural rock formations and fairy chimneys of Perili Ozanlar Valley.
• 22:00 – As the venue goes dark, a special aerial show performed by 400 drones begins. Accompanied by drone choreography, lasers, lighting effects and synchronized visual productions, ARTBAT take the stage and begin the night’s headline performance.
• 00:00 – ARTBAT’s headline performance continues with mapping applications, lighting effects, lasers and drone choreography. The nighttime chapter of Space On Stage concludes at 01:00.
The most exciting stage of the experience is the Global Sunrise Show at Balloon Party, which takes place at sunrise.
• Sunrise – Participants are transported by shuttle buses to the balloon launch area where the Global Sunrise Show at Balloon Party takes place.
• 06:00 – ARTBAT begin a specially curated 30-minute Global Sunrise Live Set performance in front of Space Rocket. As the performance is simultaneously broadcast live to a global audience, approximately 30 hot air balloons complete their final preparations for the synchronized sunrise takeoff.
• 06:30 – The second part of the Global Sunrise Show at Balloon Party begins. As Space Rocket starts to rise, approximately 30 hot air balloons take off simultaneously, moving the experience into the skies above Cappadocia.
• 06:30 – 07:30 – As the balloons rise into the sky in synchronization with Space Rocket, the experience continues in the air and the live performance proceeds uninterrupted throughout the flight. Approximately 600 participantswitness the entire journey—from the preparation and takeoff of the balloons to their ascent alongside Space Rocket and the live performance in the sky—while reaching an altitude of 3,500 feet during the flight.
• Global Live Broadcast Experience – The entire sunrise performance is streamed live simultaneously through social media accounts and digital broadcasting channels. As a result, the experience unfolding above the skies of Cappadocia can be followed not only by attendees on-site, but also by millions of viewers around the world in real time.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND EVENT RULES
1. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, all rules and conditions must be followed. By purchasing a ticket, participants are deemed to have accepted all rules and conditions
2. Entry without a female companion is not permitted.
3. A dress code applies for the event taking place on the evening of August 22, 2026.
o Elegant-Casual attire is mandatory for male guests.
o A black or white dress is mandatory for female guests.
4. In accordance with the regulations of the Turkish Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), participants who are intoxicated or deemed to be under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to participate in the balloon flight within the scope of the Global Sunrise Show. Breathalyzer testing may be conducted prior to the flight. In the event that alcohol is detected, safety instructions are not followed, or the responsible pilot/operation team determines that a participant may pose a risk to flight safety, the participant will not be allowed to board the balloon; in such cases, no refund will be issued. As participation in balloon flights under the influence of alcohol is prohibited, participants are strongly advised not to consume alcohol one day prior to the event.
5. Event tickets are offered in limited capacity and are subject to a tier-based pricing model. Ticket prices may vary depending on availability and capacity.
6. Please keep your ticket and the wristband provided to you at the entrance throughout the event.
7. Event tickets must only be purchased through official sales channels designated by the event organizer. The organizer reserves the right to remove from the venue any person holding tickets purchased through unauthorized sales channels.
8. Participants who have entered the event area may re-enter the venue using the wristband provided at the entrance. The organization reserves the right to deny re-entry in cases where the wristband is lost, removed, or damaged.
9. Admission is restricted to participants aged 18 and over. Participants are required to carry a valid physical identification document issued by official authorities throughout the event.
10. Event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost tickets will not be reissued. Purchased tickets may not be used for advertising, contests, sweepstakes, promotions, or any other commercial or non-commercial purposes without written permission. Tickets used for such purposes will be cancelled and legal action may be initiated.
11. The organization company reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals deemed unsuitable for the event, provided that the ticket fee is refunded.
12. The organization company reserves the right to make any changes to the program due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances.
13. The organization company reserves the right to make changes to ticket prices.
14. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the event area.
15. Opened tobacco and tobacco-related products are not permitted in the event area.
16. Non-prescription medications are not permitted in the event area. Participants who are required to carry medication must present their prescription to security personnel at the entrance.
17. Selfie sticks and GoPro poles are not permitted in the event area.
18. Professional audio and visual recording equipment (video cameras and professional photo cameras) are not permitted in the event area.
19. Recording during the event is strictly prohibited.
20. Professional photo and video recordings will be conducted by the organizer within the event area. By entering the venue, participants are deemed to have accepted that these recordings may be used for promotional purposes and shared across all media channels designated by the organizer.
21. Attendees acknowledge that visual and audio recording devices may be confiscated by artist management during the event and returned after the event if deemed necessary.
22. Bag checks and security screenings will be conducted by security personnel at the entrance. Compliance with all instructions given by security staff is mandatory to ensure a safe and enjoyable event experience.
23. Flammable, explosive, combustible, sharp, or piercing objects and materials (including deodorants, sprays, perfumes, colognes, thermoses, motorcycle helmets, and laser pointers) are not permitted in the event area.
24. The organization is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings.
25. Pets are not permitted in the event area.
26. The sound and lighting systems used during the event may cause temporary hearing or visual discomfort.
27. Participants should exercise caution regarding special effect equipment used within the technical production of the event, including fog machines, flames, fire effects, CO2 effects, laser lights, and similar devices.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TICKET CATEGORIES
Our event will take place across two different time periods in order to offer participants a truly unique experience. Please carefully review the schedule and ticket coverage details below before selecting your ticket category:
General Admission & VIP Admission Tickets: Valid only for the main night event. The event begins on August 22 at 21:00 and ends at 01:00. (These tickets do not include access to the sunrise event.)
Global Sunrise Show at Balloon Party Tickets: Valid only for the sunrise experience on the morning of August 23. The event begins at 06:00 during sunrise and ends at 07:30.
General Admission & Global Sunrise Show at Balloon Party Combined Tickets:
Valid throughout the entire event experience. These tickets grant access both to the main event on August 22 between 21:00–01:00 and to the Global Sunrise Show at Balloon Party on August 23 between 06:00–07:30.
VIP & Global Sunrise Show at Balloon Party Combined Tickets: Valid throughout the entire event experience. These tickets grant VIP access to the main event on August 22 between 21:00–01:00, as well as access to the Global Sunrise Show at Balloon Party on August 23 between 06:00–07:30.
GLOBAL SUNRISE SHOW AT BALLOON PARTY
• The Global Sunrise Show consists of two parts. In the first part, ARTBAT perform a special approximately 30-minute Global Sunrise Live Set at the balloon launch area. The second part is the flight experience, which begins with the simultaneous takeoff of Space Rocket and the hot air balloons.
• In the event that the balloon flight cannot take place due to weather conditions, the Global Sunrise Live Set will continue as scheduled. However, the flight organization will be postponed to the following day. For guests who are unable to attend the rescheduled flight on the following day, TRY 15,000 of the amount paid within the scope of the Global Sunrise Show at Balloon Party ticket will be refunded. Likewise, if the rescheduled flight on the following day is also cancelled due to weather conditions, participants will again receive a refund of TRY 15,000.
VIP ENTRANCES
• For VIP entrances, reservations for up to 4 guests include access to the Bistro area, while groups of more than 4 guests are offered private box for up to 12 guests. Bar and service priority are provided within these areas.

Each hotel package ticket includes admission for 2 guests and 1 night of accommodation for the night of August 22, 2026.
