Etkinlik 18 yaş ve üzeri katılımcılar içindir.
Etkinlik alanına güvenlik nedeniyle açık sigara paketi alınmayacaktır.
Etkinlik alanına yiyecek, içecek, kesici, delici veya yanıcı alet sokmak yasaktır.
Etkinlik katılımcıları etkinlik alanı içerisinde fotoğraf & video çekiminin yapılacağını kabul eder.
Yazılı izin olmadığı takdirde profesyonel görüntü kayıt cihazları sokmak ve çekim yapmak yasaktır.
Profesyonel olmayan cihazlarla, diğer misafirleri ve performans veren sanatçıları rahatsız edecek ve özel hayatının gizliliğini ihlal edecek çekim yapılmamasına özen gösterilmesi beklenmektedir. Flaşlı çekim yapmak kesinlikle yasaktır.
Giriş, güvenlik görevlilerinin takdirine bağlıdır. Mekan, uygun olmayan kişilere giriş hakkını reddetme hakkını saklı tutar. Reddedilen kişilere bilet ücreti iade edilecektir.
Organizatörler, kabul edilen kişileri etkinlik alanından, huzuru bozan veya etkinliğe tehdit oluşturan davranışlarda bulundukları takdirde ücret iadesi yapmadan uzaklaştırma yetkisine sahiptir.
Avantajlı biletler sınırlı sayıdadır. Avantajlı biletlerin tükenmesinin ardından fiyatlar değişecektir. Organizatör, bilet fiyatlarında her türlü değişiklik yapma hakkını saklı tutar.
Girişte kimlik kontrolü yapılacaktır, bu nedenle kimlik kartlarınızı yanınızda bulundurmanız zorunludur.
Etkinliğe katılan bilet sahipleri, seyirci olarak görüntü ve ses kaydının alınmasına izin vermiş sayılır ve organizatörler bu kayıtları herhangi bir ortamda kullanma hakkına sahiptir.
Organizatör etkinlik programında, mekanında ve tarihinde değişiklik yapma hakkına sahiptir.
Etkinlik alanındaki ses düzenleri geçici duyma problemlerine yol açabilir.
Etkinlik alanındaki ışık düzenleri geçici göz rahatsızlıklarına neden olabilir.
Organizatör, hava koşulları nedeniyle oluşabilecek bireysel olumsuzluklardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
Etkinliğe katılan her birey özel kurallarda yer alan tüm maddeleri okumuş, anlamış ve organizasyon tarafından konulan her türlü kurala uymayı, aksi takdirde mekandan çıkarılmayı kabul etmiş sayılır.
Etkinlik alanından çıkış yapıldığı takdirde, tekrar giriş yapılamaz.

Event Rules

• The event is strictly for participants aged 18 and above.
• For security reasons, open cigarette packs will not be allowed into the venue.
• It is forbidden to bring food, beverages, sharp, piercing, or flammable objects into the event area.
• By entering the event, participants acknowledge that photo and video recording will take place inside the venue.
• Without written permission, it is forbidden to bring professional recording equipment or make professional recordings.
• With non-professional devices, guests are expected not to take photos or videos that may disturb other attendees or violate the performers’ privacy. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
• Entry is subject to the discretion of security staff. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals deemed inappropriate. Ticket fees will be refunded to refused guests.
• Organizers reserve the right to remove accepted attendees from the venue without refund if they disturb the peace or pose a threat to the event.
• Discounted (early-bird) tickets are limited. Once they are sold out, prices will change. The organizer reserves the right to modify ticket prices at any time.
• ID checks will be conducted at the entrance; guests must have their identification cards with them.
• By participating in the event, ticket holders grant permission for their image and voice to be recorded and for such recordings to be used by the organizers in any medium.
• The organizer reserves the right to change the event program, venue, and date.
• Sound systems within the event area may cause temporary hearing issues.
• Lighting systems may cause temporary visual discomfort.
• Organizers cannot be held responsible for individual adverse effects caused by weather conditions.
• Every participant is deemed to have read and understood all special rules and agrees to comply with all regulations set by the organizers; otherwise, they may be removed from the venue.
• Once you exit the event area, re-entry is not permitted.
