Etkinlik Kuralları

1. Etkinlik yalnızca biletli katılımcılara açıktır. Kapıda bilet satışı olmayacaktır.
2. Etkinlik alanına girişlerde kimlik kontrolü yapılacaktır. Lütfen geçerli bir kimlik belgesi bulundurunuz.
3. 18 yaş altı katılımcıların etkinlik alanına girmesi kesinlikle yasaktır.
4. Organizasyon, hava koşulları dışında etkinliği iptal etme veya değişiklik yapma hakkını saklı tutar.
5. Katılımcıların alana dışarıdan yiyecek, içecek ve kesici/delici madde getirmesi yasaktır.
6. Etkinlik boyunca profesyonel fotoğraf ve video çekimi yapılacaktır. Görüntülerin tanıtım materyallerinde kullanılması konusunda katılımcılar izin vermiş sayılır.
7. Etkinlik alanında güvenlik görevlilerinin uyarılarına uymak zorunludur.
8. Organizasyon, bilet iadesi ve devri konusunda Biletino’nun genel kurallarını esas alır.
9. Pozitif bir atmosferin korunması adına saygılı, hoşgörülü ve kapsayıcı bir tavır beklenmektedir.
10. Organizatör firma etkinlik için uygun görmediği kişileri bilet ücretini iade etmek kaydı ile içeri almama hakkına sahiptir.

Event Rules

1. The event is open only to ticket holders. There will be no ticket sales at the door.
2. ID checks will be conducted at the entrance. Please have a valid identification document with you.
3. Participants under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from entering the event area.
4. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or make changes to the event, except in cases of weather conditions.
5. Attendees are not allowed to bring outside food, beverages, or any sharp/pointed objects into the venue.
6. Professional photo and video recordings will take place during the event. By attending, guests are considered to have given consent for their images to be used in promotional materials.
7. Compliance with the instructions of security personnel is mandatory at all times.
8. The organizer adheres to Biletino’s general rules regarding ticket refunds and transfers.
9. A respectful, tolerant, and inclusive attitude is expected to maintain a positive atmosphere.
10. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to individuals deemed unsuitable for the event, with a full ticket refund.
