Etkinlik Kuralları

• Etkinlik 18 yaş ve üzeri katılımcılar içindir.

• ''Entry Before 19:00" bilet sahiplerinin etkinliğe saat 19:00'dan önce giriş yapmış olmaları gerekmektedir. Saat 19:00'a kadar giriş yapmamaları halinde biletleri geçersiz sayılacaktır ve bilet iadesi mümkün olmayacaktır.

• Etkinlik alanına güvenlik nedeniyle açık sigara paketi alınmayacaktır.

• Etkinlik alanına yiyecek, içecek, kesici, delici veya yanıcı alet sokmak yasaktır.

• Etkinlik katılımcıları etkinlik alanı içerisinde fotoğraf & video çekiminin yapılacağını kabul eder.

• Yazılı izin olmadığı takdirde profesyonel görüntü kayıt cihazları sokmak ve çekim yapmak yasaktır.

• Profesyonel olmayan cihazlarla, diğer misafirleri ve performans veren sanatçıları rahatsız edecek ve özel hayatın gizliliğini ihlal edecek çekim yapılmamasına özen gösterilmesi beklenmektedir. Flaşlı çekim yapmak kesinlikle yasaktır.

• Giriş, güvenlik görevlilerinin takdirine bağlıdır. Mekan, uygun olmayan kişilere giriş hakkını reddetme hakkını saklı tutar. Reddedilen kişilere bilet ücreti iade edilecektir.

• Organizatörler, kabul edilen kişileri etkinlik alanından, huzuru bozan veya etkinliğe tehdit oluşturan davranışlarda bulundukları takdirde ücret iadesi yapmadan uzaklaştırma yetkisine sahiptir.

• Avantajlı biletler sınırlı sayıdadır. Avantajlı biletlerin tükenmesinin ardından fiyatlar değişebilir. Organizatör, bilet fiyatlarında değişiklik yapma hakkını saklı tutar.

• Girişte kimlik kontrolü yapılacaktır, bu nedenle kimlik kartlarınızı yanınızda bulundurmanız zorunludur.

• Etkinliğe katılan bilet sahipleri, seyirci olarak görüntü ve ses kaydının alınmasına izin vermiş sayılır ve organizatörler bu kayıtları herhangi bir ortamda kullanma hakkına sahiptir.

• Organizatör, etkinlik programında, mekânında ve tarihinde değişiklik yapma hakkına sahiptir.

• Etkinlik alanındaki ses düzenleri geçici duyma problemlerine yol açabilir.

• Etkinlik alanındaki ışık düzenleri geçici göz rahatsızlıklarına neden olabilir.

• Etkinliğe katılan her birey, özel kurallarda yer alan tüm maddeleri okumuş, anlamış ve organizasyon tarafından konulan her türlü kurala uymayı, aksi takdirde mekândan çıkarılmayı kabul etmiş sayılır.

• Etkinlik alanından çıkış yapıldığı takdirde tekrar giriş yapılamaz.

• Etkinlik açık havada gerçekleşeceği için, olası bir yağış durumunda etkinlik planlandığı şekilde devam edecektir. Bu nedenle katılımcıların hava koşullarına uygun hazırlıklı gelmeleri önerilir. Yağış nedeniyle bilet iadesi yapılmaz.

Event Rules

• The event is open to participants aged 18 and over.

•  “Early Entry Before 19:00” ticket holders must enter the event before 19:00. After 19:00, their tickets will be considered invalid and refunds will not be possible.

• For security reasons, open cigarette packs will not be allowed into the event area.

• It is forbidden to bring food, beverages, sharp or piercing objects, or flammable materials into the event area.

• Attendees acknowledge that photo and video recordings will be taken within the event area.

• Unless prior written permission is granted, professional recording equipment is not permitted.

• While non-professional devices may be used, guests are expected to refrain from recording in a way that disturbs others or violates the privacy of performers or attendees. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.

• Entry is subject to the discretion of the security staff. The venue reserves the right to deny entry to any individual deemed unsuitable. In such cases, tickets will be refunded.

• Organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee from the event area without refund if their behavior disturbs the peace or poses a threat to the event.

• Guests with an "Entry Before 19:00" ticket must enter the event before 7:00 PM. If entry is not made by this time, the ticket will be rendered invalid and no refund will be issued.

• Discounted tickets are limited in quantity. After they sell out, ticket prices are subject to change. The organizer reserves the right to adjust ticket prices at any time.

• ID checks will be conducted at the entrance, so guests must bring a valid form of identification.

• By attending the event, ticket holders consent to being audio and video recorded as part of the audience, and authorize the organizer to use such content in any media.

• The organizer reserves the right to change the event program, venue, or date.

• The sound systems used at the event may cause temporary hearing issues.

• The lighting systems used at the event may cause temporary visual discomfort.

• By attending the event, each individual is considered to have read and accepted all rules and agrees to comply with them. Non-compliance may result in removal from the venue.

• Re-entry is not permitted once a participant leaves the event area.

• As this is an open-air event, it will proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions. Attendees are advised to come prepared for possible rain. No refunds will be issued due to weather.
