4-5 Ağustos tarihlerinde Antalya’nın en yüksek noktası Olympos Teleferik’te buluşuyoruz. Bu yıl yerli ve yabancı elektronik müzikseverleri 2365 metrede muhteşem gün batımı manzarası ve unutulmaz bir müzik deneyimi bekliyor.

MEET ZEUS 5 Etkinlik Giriş Kuralları

04-05/08/2023 tarihinde yapılacak olan etkinliğe ilişkin katılım şartlarını içeren bilgilendirme, uyarı ve beyan metnidir. Bu Metni imzalayan kişiler metni okuduğunu ve koşulsuz olarak metni kabul ettiğini beyan eder.

Etkinlik 2365 metre yükseklikte bulunan tesiste yapılacağından Yükseklik korkusu olan kişilere uygun değildir.

Etkinlikte sahne ışıkları görsel ışık Showları lazer ve benzeri uygulamalar olması sebebi ile ışığa duyarlı epilepsi hastalarına uygun bir etkinlik değildir.

Etkinlikte yükses ses düzeyi bulunmakla yüksek ses işitme kaybına neden olabilir. Katılımcılarca 2365 metre yüksekliğinde bulunan tesiste Olympos Teleferik güvenlik standartlarına ve tesiste bulunan tüm güvenlik tedbirleri ile uyarı ve ikaz levhalarına uyulması zorunludur.

Etkinlik alanını çevreleyen tüm güvenlik bariyerlerinin ve sahne ekipmanlarının üzerine çıkmak, atlamak, tesis sınırlarının dışarısına çıkmaya çalışmak güvenlik açısından yasaktır. Etkinlik alanına dışarıdan yiyecek, içecek, kesici-delici alet, alkol ve yasadışı unsur teşkil edebilecek tüm materyallerin girişi yasaktır.

Organizasyon şirketi, hiçbir ön koşul ve şart aranmaksızın etkinlik için uygun görmediği kişileri bilet bedelini iade etmek koşuluyla etkinlik mekanına almama ve etkinlikten çıkarma hakkına sahiptir.

Etkinlik süresince profesyonel ses ve görüntü kayıt alınacağından tüm katılımcılar etkinlik boyunca çekilecek ve kayıt altına alınabilecek tüm görsel ve işitsel materyallerin çekimine ve organizasyon sahibince bu materyallerin kullanımını metni imzalaması ile birlikte açıkça kabul ettiğini beyan eder. Koşma, zıplama veya taşkın hareketlerden dolayı oluşabilecek tüm sakatlık ve yaralanmalarda tesisin ve organizasyon firmasının hiçbir bir sorumluluğu yoktur. Tüm sorumluluğun tarafıma ait olduğu konusunda bilgilendirildim ve kabul ediyorum. Etkinlik süresince sebep olduğum maddi ve manevi zararlarda, meydana gelen zararın tamamının tarafıma rücu edileceği konusunda bilgilendirildim ve bu zararı bizzat, itiraz etmeden tazmin edeceğimi açıkça beyan ederim.

Okumuş bulunduğum bu metinde yer alan isim soy isim ve imzamın K.V.K.K. uyarınca kişilsel veri olması sebebi ile bu konuda sözel olarak bilgilendirildiğimi ve bu bilgilerin kullanılmasına izin verdiğimi beyan ederim.

- Etkinliğe 18 yaşından büyükler katılabilir.                     

- Hava 7-8 derece daha soğuk olacağı için mutlaka kalın bir mont veya sweatshirt getirilmesi gereklidir.

- 2365 metre yüksekliğinde bulunan tesiste Olympos Teleferik güvenlik standartlarına uyulması zorunludur. 

- Etkinlik düzeni ayaktadır.

- Etkinlik mekanına profesyonel ses ve görüntü kayıt cihazları alınmayacaktır.

- PDF Bilet uygulaması vardır. Etkinlik mekanına gitmeden önce biletinizi yazdırmayı unutmayınız.

- Organizasyon şirketi, programda ve bilet fiyatlarında değişiklik yapma hakkına sahiptir.

- Organizasyon şirketi, etkinlik için uygun görmediği kişileri bilet bedelini iade etmek koşuluyla etkinlik mekanına almama hakkına sahiptir.

MEET ZEUS 5 Event Entry Rules

This is an information, warning and declaration text containing the conditions of participation for the event to be held on 04-05/08/2023. Persons who sign this text declare that they have read the text and unconditionally accept the text.

Since the event will be held in the facility located at an altitude of 2365 meters, it is not suitable for people with fear of heights.

The event is not suitable for people with photosensitive epilepsy due to the stage lights, visual light shows, laser and similar applications.

There is a high sound level in the event and high sound may cause hearing loss. Participants are obliged to comply with Olympos Cable Car safety standards and all safety measures, warning and warning signs in the facility, which is 2365 meters high.

It is forbidden for security reasons to climb over all security barriers and stage equipment surrounding the event area, to jump, to try to go outside the boundaries of the facility. It is forbidden to bring food, beverages, sharp-piercing tools, alcohol and all materials that may constitute illegal elements into the event area from outside.

The organizing company has the right to refuse entry to the event venue and to exclude anyone it deems unsuitable for the event without any preconditions and conditions, provided that the ticket price is refunded.

Since professional audio and video recording will be made during the event, all participants declare that they expressly agree to the shooting of all visual and audio materials that may be shot and recorded during the event and the use of these materials by the organizer by signing the text. The facility and the organization company have no responsibility for any injuries and injuries that may occur due to running, jumping or excessive movements. I have been informed and accept that all responsibility belongs to me. I have been informed that in the event of material and moral damages that I cause during the event, the entire damage incurred will be recourse to me and I expressly declare that I will compensate this damage personally and without objection.

Since my name, surname and signature in this text that I have read is personal data in accordance with the K.V.K.K., I declare that I have been verbally informed about this issue and that I consent to the use of this information.

- People over the age of 18 can participate in the event.

- Since the weather will be 7-8 degrees colder, it is absolutely necessary to bring a thick coat or sweatshirt.

- In the 2365 meter high facility, Olympos Cable Car safety standards must be complied with.

- The event layout is standing.

- Professional audio and video recording devices will not be allowed in the event venue.

- PDF Ticket application is available. Do not forget to print your ticket before going to the event venue.

- The organizing company has the right to change the program and ticket prices.

- The organizing company has the right not to admit people who are not suitable for the event, provided that the ticket price is refunded.
