Erasmus & Internationals Welcome Party

New semester. New city for some. New people for everyone.

With a new university semester about to begin, we’re bringing students, Erasmus arrivals, internationals, and Istanbul locals together at Yabangee Base for a Welcome Party on Thursday, 24 September.

Whether you’ve just arrived in Istanbul, you’re returning for another semester, or you simply want to expand your circle, this is a great opportunity to meet people from universities and international communities across the city.

We’ll kick things off with icebreaker games and activities to make meeting people easy, followed by DJ performances and a party carrying us into the night. Come alone, bring your new friends, or bring the people you’ve already met along the way.

University students can join for FREE with proof of current enrollment or admission, such as a student ID, acceptance letter, or enrollment document. Not a university student? You’re welcome too! Regular paid entry is available for everyone else.

Doors open at 20:00. 18+ only.

Event Rules

This event is open to participants aged 18 and over.

Entry is at the discretion of the venue. The door staff's decision is final.

No outside food or drinks, sharp objects, or flammable items are permitted inside the event area.

By attending, participants consent to being photographed and filmed during the event.

Professional video or photography equipment is not permitted without prior written consent from the organizers.

Event organizers and venue staff reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual if deemed necessary.

Giriş, mekânın inisiyatifindedir. Kapı görevlilerinin kararı kesindir.

Etkinlik alanına dışarıdan yiyecek, içecek, kesici alet veya yanıcı maddeler sokulamaz.

Etkinliğe katılan herkes, fotoğraf ve video çekimine onay vermiş sayılır.

Organizasyondan önceden yazılı izin alınmadığı sürece profesyonel fotoğraf veya video ekipmanları kullanılamaz.

Etkinlik organizatörleri ve mekân yetkilileri, gerekli gördükleri durumlarda giriş reddetme veya kişiyi etkinlikten çıkarma hakkını saklı tutar.
