Event Rules (ENG)

The event is for participants aged 18 and over. It is forbidden to bring food and drink, sharp, piercing or flammable tools into the event area. Event participants agree that photo & video shooting will be done in the event area.

Organization and venue officials have the right not to let people they deem unsuitable to the event and backstage area. Particular attention is paid to the balance in the number of men and women, their attitude, style, and suitability in general, and entry may not be possible due to these and similar reasons. The decision of this is entirely at the initiative of the door. The decision of our door is final and is valid in all conditions.

The purchased ticket may not be used for commercial or non-commercial purposes other than personal use, including but not limited to advertising, contests, sweepstakes, promotions (unless specifically written permission is obtained). The ticket used for these purposes is canceled and legal action is started. No refunds, cancellations or exchanges can be made on purchased ticket.

Event participants accept that professional image shooting will take place at the event and the right of sharing and dissemination of images in digital media through the organizers.

Etkinlik, 18 yaş ve üzeri katılımcılar içindir. Etkinlik alanına yiyecek ve içecek, kesici, delici veya yanıcı aletler getirilmesi yasaktır. Etkinlik katılımcıları, etkinlik alanında fotoğraf ve video çekimi yapılacağını kabul eder. Organizasyon ve mekân yetkilileri, uygun görmedikleri kişileri etkinlik ve kulis alanına almama hakkına sahiptir. Kadın-erkek sayısındaki dengeye, tutum, tarz ve genel uygunluk konularına özellikle dikkat edilmektedir; bu ve benzeri sebeplerden ötürü giriş mümkün olmayabilir. Bu konuda karar tamamen kapının inisiyatifindedir. Kapı ekibinin kararı kesindir ve tüm koşullarda geçerlidir.

Satın alınan bilet, kişisel kullanım dışında; reklam, yarışma, çekiliş, promosyon gibi ticari veya ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanılamaz (aksi yönde yazılı izin alınmadığı sürece). Bu amaçlarla kullanılan bilet iptal edilir ve yasal işlem başlatılır. Satın alınan biletlerde iade, iptal veya değişiklik yapılamaz.

Etkinlik katılımcıları, etkinlikte profesyonel görüntü çekimleri yapılacağını ve bu görüntülerin organizatörler aracılığıyla dijital mecralarda paylaşım ve yayılım hakkının bulunduğunu kabul eder.
