About the Instructor: Rodrigo's academic background includes university degrees in Business, Accounting and Information Systems, and postgraduate degrees in Strategic Planning and Quality Management in Buenos Aires. At the same time he developed his career in Buenos Aires and New York in the areas of Marketing, Finance, Information Systems and Process Reengineering in companies as Banco Hipotecario, Telecom Group and BBVA among other organizations. During the last years he has worked on Personal Development and Communication, completing certifications and training in Life and Organizational Coaching, NLP, Hypnosis, Public Speaking, Presentation Skills and Non Verbal Communication, and helping people to improve their personal effectiveness and communication skills.
