MUUI (Crossfrontier Audio, Berlin)

A connoisseur of dynamic productions; from the studio to an extended DJ set or performing live with analog machines, blending his hybrid synth-laced melancholic house in the smoke and strobe lights of your favourite club, MUUI the Berlin based artist makes a statement; offering you a slice of his universe with each interaction.

He creates pieces of music ranging from stunning tranquillity, melancholic and ethereal through to four to the floor dance-floor orientated electronic music all with a unique finesse, working with an extensive list of vintage and modern hardware synthesizers, drum machines and processing gear.

A fascination to experiment with technology both old and new saw a heavy focus on live performance and the birth of his debut album ‘Escape The Remedies’. The album was released January 2015 and reached # 1 Deep House release on Beatport and was named in the top 20 dance albums of the year by Hot Press Magazine alongside albums from Slam, Roman Flugel, Simian Mobile Disco, Marcel Dettmann and Steffi.

Sticking to no safe place his follow up album ‘Following Today’ is filled with moments of tentative air, sharp direction and tripped out beats warping listeners into carefully built explorations, and his most mature output to date. The album is already garnering much attention ahead of its February 2016 release date.

MUUI explores all facets of techno under the name Patrik Carrera and as MUUI will continue his deep exploration into live possibilities and the familiar hypnotic, melodic territory synonymous with his early releases.

UGR 

Ugur Kirbag, djlige 2000 yilinda basladi. The Club 20, Tutti’s, Faces, Saklikent, Babylon, Balance, Drop, B-Trip, Smood ve Kite gibi Türkiye’deki clublarda calan UGR, Anthony Pappa, Joop, Airwave, Parks&Wilson, Taj, Swayzak, Stephan Bodzin,Oliver Huntemann, Claptone, Ripperton, David Keno, Reset Robot, Alan Fitzpatrick,Komaton,Taqtraumer ve Legowelt gibi dunyaca ünlü djler ile birlikte calan dj, setlerinde “Techouse”, “Techno”, “Minimal” ve “Dub tarzindaki parcalara yer vermektedir. 2008 – 2014 yılları arasında Gürcistan ‘’Tiflis Club’’ ve Köln’de Club Gwölbe’de Hamburg Fundbureau’da performans sergilemiştir. UGR 2014 yılında Kite Club’ın resident dj’i olmuştur ve mekanın müzik direktörlüğünüde yapmaktadır. Türkiye’de ve Yurtdışındaki labellardan çeşitli ep’ler yayınlamış ve complation’lara parça vermiştir.
