• Professional video equipment is not permitted without prior written consent.
• Guests are asked to avoid taking photos with non-professional devices that may disturb others or infringe on their privacy. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
• Event and venue staff reserve the right to deny entry to any individual, including backstage access, as deemed appropriate

• Etkinlik katılımcıları etkinlik alanı içerisinde fotoğraf & video çekiminin yapılacağını kabul eder.
• Yazılı izin olmadığı takdirde profesyonel görüntü kayıt cihazları sokmak ve çekim yapmak yasaktır.
• Profesyonel olmayan cihazlarla, diğer misafirleri ve performans veren sanatçıları rahatsız edecek ve özel hayatının gizliliğini ihlal edecek çekim yapılmamasına özen gösterilmesi beklenmektedir. Flaşlı çekim yapmak kesinlikle yasaktır.
• Organizasyon ve mekan yetkilileri uygun görmedikleri kişileri etkinlik ve backstage alanına almama hakkına sahiptir.
